This year MFB is offering 5 time slots (max 4 women in each) for a workshop called Fitness Fundamentals! This beginner workshop is a crowd favorite for the woman who wants to learn more about how to move her body in a flowing, but effective way to improve health.
Our 60-minute workshop has been conducted in hospitals and corporate businesses in the Fox Cities. BUT NOW we have opened up some time slots at the studio! This one of a kind workshop, developed by Marissa, will help you learn more about basic movements and simple strategies that will support your 2019 fitness journey.
